If a loved one or friend was killed or a casualty of war while in, or supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom, please print the Application for Request or fill out the application below and allow 3-4 weeks for a response.

The final deadline is October 23, 2016

All applicants will be notified via email if available or phone that the application has been received and  is being reviewed for eligibility of being on the Missouri Gulf War Memorial. The Memorial will consist of black granite stars with black and white pictures honoring those Missourians that made the ultimate sacrifice during Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation  Enduring Freedom, Operation New Dawn, or any war or conflict considered to be part of the Gulf Wars, concluding with the Operation Enduring Freedom. The Wall of Honor will list the names of those Missourians who have served one or more tours in the above mentioned conflicts and were killed on active duty during the time frame of these conflicts.  These names will only be listed if petitioned by a family member or friend, due to the inability to gather this information any other way.
